Sub: Are you pāpayoni or the nimitta kāraṇa for creating carceral society?

Dear Ajay and Swati Piramal,

You are the nimitta kāraṇa (instrumental cause) of the miseries and sufferings of crores of innocent DHFL Victims. You know that it will increase the sale of your pharma products.There are two interpretations of the term “nimitta kāraṇa” in the context of the Gītā, viz., either you are Sabyasāchi (“mayaivaite nihatāḥ pūrvam eva nimitta-mātraṁ bhava savya-sāchin”; The Bhagavad Gītā, 11.33) or you are “pāpayoni” (“māṁ hi pārtha vyapāśhritya ye ’pi syuḥ pāpa-yonayaḥ striyo vaiśhyās tathā śhūdrās te ’pi yānti parāṁ gatim”; The Bhagavad  Gītā, 9.32). We are subscribing to the second disjunct following Lord Kṛṣṇa’s enunciation.  
We are condemning such wilful activity. It can neither be warranted nor be guided by Lord Kṛṣṇa. You are hence far from your mission, “Doing Well and Doing Good“! 

We are also reprimanding such cheap advertising tricks to allure the homo consumens. 
Many victims are being compelled to take drugs from your pharma company for their anxiety disorders, indigestion, cardiac problems and for stopping pregnancy etc. Within the era of the antibiotic apocalypse, very few people know the side-effects of such toxic medicines as sold by you, a pāpayoni baniya (vaiśya), who, during the pandemic, has cut a sorry figure to heal the DHFL victims in any manner. What is the use of your CSR and the Piramal Sarvajal project?
