The main issue is that investors in NCD’s have applied on basis of AAA rating given by many reputed institutions and now these institutions are keeping mum and hence supreme court needs to take action against these institutions.

Very true. And no intimation has been given to the common man either through poster through publication regarding non refund of fixed deposit even in major heart surgery case like bypass surgery and the same person going through aortic heart valve replacement

The govt must step in to protect the common investors otherwise we will starve to death.

The main issue is that we have invested in the NCD’s on basis of AAA rating given by many reputed institutions and now these institutions are keeping mum. Supreme court must make these institutions answerable for their blunder.

I had invested looking at the AAA rating given by top rating agencies, I cannot be cheated like this, it’s my hard earned money, I feel looted, kindly look into and return my invested money.

Dear (???) PM & President of India,
Finally, you both have proved that you , your team members, your party, entire judicial machinery all are badly engaged in minting money by all means, looting innocent & helpless people by turning your deaf ears, neglecting & ignoring our all appeals submitted by all of us jointly & individually at all the platforms.
We DHFL FD HOLDERS have been looted & lost our hard earned money by management teams of Piramals & Wadhwans in broad day light WITH YOUR DIRECT & INDIRECT SUPPORT without which this would not have happened.
Please resign immediately as you don’t have any right to continue ruling country IF YOU CAN NOT PROTECT POOR INNOCENT PEOPLE.

I have lost my whole life saving

I will die if I can’t get beck my money

My whole life savings from the young age of 20 I had invested in DHFL. No intimation was given nor any publication published that our money in fixed deposit will not be given even when we are going through aortic haertwall replacement with aortic repair and bypass surgery. We have been refused our own money. We are dying here for our own money and NCLT court had ordered coc and administrator to give back our full money and wadhawan agreed to it. And yet we are not getting our money back.
