Physician Heal Thyself: BJP-Dawood-DHFL Collusion and Mahua Moitra

Posted on 27/11/2023 (GMT

It is surprised to note that the name of Dawood Ibrahim is tagged with the name of Mahua Moitra, a Trinamool Congress MP, by the BJP MP Nishikant Dubey in the context of “Cash for query”⤡ issue. As reported by the Telegraph Online⤡ (As reported on 25.11.23), that Mr. Dubey

… used the occasion to level fresh charges against the Trinamul MP and target the Opposition INDIA bloc for ‘being associated with anti-national elements.’ Mahua Moitra didn’t provide login credentials to just (Dubai-based businessman) Darshan Hiranandani. It was logged in from multiple places — Delhi, Bengaluru, San Francisco. This is a big conspiracy… It is the history of the INDI(A) alliance that they like corrupt, traitorous individuals like Dawood Ibrahim,”

For such serious allegation on the opponent, i.e,, TMC, the BJP must view their own image in the mirror as they are already being accused for the same collusion with Dawood Ibrahim and Iqbal Mirchi along with Chhota Shakeel in the context of the Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (henceforth DHFL) Scam.

On 29.01.2019, the Cobrapost in its findings on the DHFL scam, reported that the BJP, the ruling party of India, was involved in this scam through terror-funding/political donation/political charity. The nexus/collusion amidst DHFL, RKW Developers (Dheeraj Realty), the BJP and the Dawood Ibrahim-Iqbal Mirchi Gang was alleged through this report.

a. ‘False’ (?!) allegations on the collusion among the BJP, Dawood-Mirchi and the DHFL: A Letter to the BJP President VIEW HERE

After knowing this news of collusion, the OBMA had filed an RTI:

b. AN RTI ON THE ALLEGED COLLUSION AMONG DAWOOD-MIRCHI-RKW-DHFL-BJP VIEW HERE

When concerned authority of the RTI gave some #DHFL_Victims a negative (ambiguous?) response, the victims had requested the President, BJP and the Sarsanghchalak of the RSS (a non-registered Hindu extremist group) to file a defamation case against the media houses, who had spread such “rumors”. against a party, which is “not a public authority” (?!):

However, till date, no such defamation case has been filed either by the BJP or by the RSS against those newspapers.

It is also to be mentioned that on 25.06.2022, the Indian National Congress alleged the BJP of getting political donations worth 27.5 crores (or more, as political parties are not “public authorities”, it is very difficult to know the exact figure of donations made by unknown sources in the electoral bonds.)

Ambiguously enough, in the case of PM CARES fund, it is simultaneously governmental as well as non-governmental. None can use the RTI for any inquiry about these transparently opaque cases from the scam-hit DHFL.

From a general viewpoint of political analysis, the role of the ruling party might as well be correlated with these rampant bankruptcies in the past decade in India:

THE ROLE OF THE ETHICAL COMMITTEE OF THE PARLIAMENT

When alleged molesters of the BJP are free birds, when super-rich willful defaulters are flying away from India, where is the ethical committee of the Indian parliament? Why so much ado about Mahua Moitra? The answer is simple: because Ms. Moitra questioned the crony capitalist nexus between Gautam Adani and the BJP!

‘Over in Minutes’: Ethics Committee Recommends Expulsion of TMC MP Mahua Moitra From Lok Sabha VIEW HERE ⤡ (As reported on 9th November, 2023 ©The Wire)

Why is the Ethics Committee so much bothered to defend Mr. Adani and his associates? Does it not prove the point that Ms. Moitra is constantly trying to make? Why can’t one question a corporate tycoon’s deeds within the Parliament of a “socialist” nation?

It is quite clear that the Ethics committee is committing the most unethical act by not disqualifying members with worrying criminal records just because they belong to the ruling party, BJP, but targeting those who are raising their dissenters’ voices to actually make an ethical statement against the present crony oligarchical governance.

It is no wonder that the Opposition openly boycotted such unethical endeavour on the part of the ruling party within the heart of the so-called “world’s largest democracy”:

This deliberate attacking of Opposition-members when they are raising pertinent, logically-grounded, fact-based questions before the House on the basis of the Hindenburg Report on the Adani Group has been going on for quite some time. We have witnessed the same when Mr. Rahul Gandhi was disqualified from the Parliament on account of ridiculously framed “Defamatory” statements made by him on a public place. ⤡ However, the real proximal cause of such disqualification was a result of Mr. Gandhi’s commitment to uncover the MoShah-Adani nexus/collusion. This hurt the ego of the world’s richest political party ⤡ and caused them to behave quite erratically that led to the suspension of all ethical standards or the decorum of the Parliament. This is not unexpected from a political party that has the highest number of members with criminal records ⤡. The BJP is well-known for its engagement in molestation charges, rape charges, charges of murder, stalking and kidnapping charges, charges for manufacturing riots/pogroms and so on.

It remains to be seen how far the BJP can carry on like this to falsely victimize the opposing voices by dint of their money and muscle power.
