Tweets on DHFL Scam: Invisibly Visible?!

We are happier that the ridiculous defamation case (which was nothing more than a fascistic political vendetta–a SLAPP) against Mr. Rahul Gandhi was dismissed by the Supreme Court of India on the 4^th of August, 2023.

We wish to make you remember that the Article 66A is removed as it contradicts Article 19 of our Constitution.

Moreover, at this point, you also have to substitute one of your defendants, viz., Twitter, by putting the name of “X” as the defendant. Hence, you will have to restructure your interim appeal by adding more defendants for defaming your client Ajay Piramal.

In the context of the cyber era, could the government block the projection of “India: the Modi Question”, only giving way to it being uploaded across various online platforms and being projected at various universities and colleges across India (e.g., JNU, Jadavpur University, Delhi University, Presidency University) ⤡? By deploying different software, we have been able to view those “banned” tweets [against (?) your plaintiff in India.

Some of the examples of such invisibly visible tweets are shown below by taking their screenshots and URLs. We have done this in a geo-political area of India. Thus, locus does not matter at the MNC-controlled cyber-age, since the tweets can still be viewed and retweeted from the servers of other nation-states. After analysing your childish research and investigation, we have come to the conclusion that all you have done is deploying the rule of law for intimidating us.

We are not journalists or historians. So, it is difficult for us to expose someone simply by our own investigation. Therefore, we have to depend on the fourth and fifth pillars of democracy to show that Mr. Piramal is:

An alleged insider trader (2016)
An eco-terrorist (for polluting Digwal, Telangana in 2019) and also who sought “blanket stay order” at the National Green Tribunal, which was rejected. In the case of the DHFL also, he wanted such a similar stay order on the “controversial” NCLAT second verdict (27/01/2022).
Involved in Flashnet Scam, 2018 (though Mr. Piramal was ready to defame The Wire, who first exposed the scam, for reporting the same, but till date: no such step has been taken by him)
Involved in contempt of court during the DHFL resolution process by ignoring NCLT’s first verdict (19/05/2021) and skipping the points raised by the NCLAT second order (27/01/2022).

We have put all these allegations in reported speeches without making essentialist truth-claims. Even we have put all the posts and URLs of all the web-platforms as you had cut a sorry figure to find them in your poor research-work.

We are putting here some of the “banned”/nationally “blocked” tweets on the DHFL scam, which have been censored by the Piramal Group for its vested interests and the political favouritism (even DSK Legal Team’s plaintiff, viz., Mr. Piramal, has put some tweets into the realm of censorship that go against the intentions of the current ruling party. This proves the crony state of affairs yet again!
