Dear Friends,
Many people asked about the situation of the DHFL case. To answer it, we must say that it is too much positive legally, especially after NCLAT’s verdict on the 27th of January, 2022. However, the political will is against such justice despite the fact that 28 Cr and more were donated to the ruling party by the former promoters of the DHFL, the superrich ruling party is deferring the situation by hook or by crook. Both the NCLT order on 19th May, 2021 and the previously stated NCLAT order are in the favour of the victims of this scam. NCLT order declared that the old promoter’s settlement proposal for full repayment should be reconsidered by the CoC, which the latter did not. The NCLAT order, on the other hand, stated that the CoC’s resolution process and resolution plan were void, full of irregularities and contrary to law.
The problem is that Mr. Ajay Piramal got a stay order from the Supreme Court of India to make his path obstacle-free without bothering about those two orders. It is only possible in the oligarchy.
On Behalf of all the FD and NCD Holders of the DHFL, we are earnestly requesting you all to actively participate in the web-based campaigning and non-violent civil disobedience movement.
Without mass mobilization, no despotic government was ever toppled down. Hence, we are urging you to educate, agitate, organize by spreading this news from the DHFL Victims.

The NCLT and the subsequent NCLAT ruling clearly mentioned that the hurriedly constituted CoC erred in not allowing the promoter/owner of DHFL any representation. The ruling also clearly advised the CoC to address the issue of paying the fixed deposit holders in full. Surprisingly the orders were ignored.
Piramal went to the Supreme Court to get the above orders reversed and the highest court academically held that financial acumen of the CoC cannot be questioned. What the highest court missed is that there was blatant miscarriage of justice in the actions/decisions of the CoC which point fingers at some secret understanding between the successful bidder, Piramal, and the CoC members. That the creditors (CoC) went to court to insist that they be allowed to accept ₹1 against 4000crores claim on DHFL itself speaks on the conspiracy to defraud the public and fill the coffers of an individual.
Law is blind but judges are not. Application of elementary common sense will reveal the unholy nexus between all stakeholders and also the complicity of the administration (govt) of the day.
The picture is crystal clear, facts are shown, the writing is public – let justice prevail.
