Sub: We Need Your Kind Magical Tricks: Save DHFL Victims

Dear Mr. Gehlot,This is to request you to kindly look this matter of grave concern related to the Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL) Scam:

• A WHITE PAPER ON THE DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LTD. (DHFL) VIEW HERE ⤡ 
• THE CHRONOLOGY OF THE DHFL SCAM VIEW HERE ⤡

We, the victims of this scam, are earnestly requesting you to solve this problem with your inherited magic tricks. In the above two documents, it is evident that there are many anomalies, irregularities and illegalities in the resolution process of the RBI-appointed Committee of Creditors (CoC) for the DHFL, as mentioned by the Hon’ble NCLAT in its verdict dated 27/01/2022. NCLT also previously pointed out on 19/05/2021 that the old promoters, viz., Kapil Wadhawan and Dheeraj Wadhawan’s offer for full repayment of all the creditors of DHFL should be reconsidered by the CoC, which fell on deaf ears.It is noteworthy that the scam is the result of political donation/political charity/terror funding via the channel of Dawood Ibrahim, Iqbal Mirchi, RKW Developers (Dheeraj Realty), DHFL and the BJP. It is well-established that BJP received 28 crores (or more) from the old promoters of this company, as rightly pointed out by Ms. Supriya Shrinate

⤡. Furthermore, Electoral Bonds and PM CARES Fund are not subservient to the RTI Act– they both are transparently opaque to the Indian citizens⤡. Only a travelling magician can reveal the apparent and forced invisibility of BJP’s astronomically increasing assets, which are disproportionate compared to the poverty-stricken, debt-ridden India⤡. Thus, both the aforementioned funds fall within the shadow-economy of crony and monopoly capitalism

⤡of contemporary India, totally deviating from Mrs. Indira Gandhi’s long-term Nehruvian socialist blueprint. Even her contribution in the nationalization of banks is now at stake, given the ongoing outright disinvestment of the public sector to fill the coffers of the two selected and favoured  business tycoons, viz., Adani, Ambani and their relatives like Mr. Ajay Piramal. The constant concentration of national wealth in the hands of these superrich corporate individuals, including the looting of the banks, refutes the Gandhian notion of collective trusteeship that thrives on communal responsibility. The majority of DHFL FD and NCD Holders are from the middle class, many of them are physically challenged persons, senior citizens and widows of Indian Army personnel, UP Power Corporation Limited. They are suffering from 2019 till date, with little or no hope of getting back their hard-earned life-savings, which have suffered a massive haircut due to this scam.In the context of the neoliberal economy, we need to return from debt-ridden development to the Gandhian gram swaraj, keeping in mind the catastrophic impact of the disease of industrialization that has led to anthropogenic glocal (global+local) heating. We do not need the so-called “sustainable development” as preached by the trio: World Bank, IMF and WTO to mask their green capitalist endeavour. Thus, the need of the hour is to retreat from the anti-green developmental paradigm, following Tagore and Gandhi, who are now perceived as “anti-nationals” by the current ruling party.
We hope that you would lend us your humble altruistic magical hands by rescuing us from this state of politically manipulated financial abuse associated with the DHFL Scam. We are (metaphorically speaking) living within the refugee camp and suffering from different kind of “capital” punishment.
