Praying for Justice for the DHFL Victims: an SOS to Parama Pūjya Bhāiśrī Ramesh Bhāi Ojha

Sub: Praying for Justice for the DHFL Victims: an SOS to Bhāiśrī Ramesh Bhāi Ojha 

Respected parama pūjya Bhāiśrī Ramesh Bhāi Ojha alias Oza,

We wish to convey to you, who belongs to the sphere of pāramārthika sattā (the transcendental realm of being), the vyāvahārika duḥkha (empirical or pragmatic suffering) of the Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (Henceforth DHFL) victims.

When we, the victims of the DHFL scam⤡, are overwhelmed by the soothing effect that your devotional songs produced in our innermost ātman, are simultaneously suffering from a cunning robbery of our hard-earned money in the hands of one of your devotee’s secondary kin.

It is a matter of regret that your disciple’s (Mr. Mukesh Ambani) intimate kin, an alleged insider trader, does not follow the Upaniṣadic mantra as mentioned in the Īśopaniṣad: “tena tyaktena bhuñjīthā mā gṛdhaḥ kasyasviddhanam” (“By that renounced thou shouldst enjoy; lust not after any person’s possession.” Though you being an ardent follower of the Vedānta prasthāna with an immense insight in commerce, citing this mantra is carrying coal to Newcastle. As far as we understand with our little knowledge, you are the staunch follower of the Viśiṣṭādvaita school of Śrī Rāmānujācārya and the spiritual thoughts of Ramana Maharśi.).

Mr. Ajay Piramal⤡, the “kin” of Mr. Mukesh Ambani we are referring to, is not only destroying the  Gauḍiya Vaiṣṇava Dharma ⤡, but has also occupied the DHFL from the Wadhawan brothers by committing a contempt of court⤡. Furthermore, Mr. Piramal, just like a vulture (gṛdhaḥ), acquired the profitable 45k Cr DHFL by paying only one rupee! The way in which Mr. Piramal forcibly acquired the DHFL was branded by the NCLAT as “contrary to law” and it has found several irregularities in the acquisition process⤡. 

At present, Mr. Ajay Piramal is deceitfully using dubious names across different social and print media platforms to claim his so-called “ownership” of the DHFL⤡. 

The Vedantic mantra “tyāganaike amṛtattvamānaśuḥ” (“By renunciation alone one can attain immortality”, Sanyāsa Sūkta, Kaivalya Upaniṣad) is totally ignored by Mr. Piramal, thus it is a grave sin⤡ (as evident from the verse 9.32 from the Śrīmadbhagavadgītā:“māṁ hi pārtha vyapāśritya ye ’pi syuḥ pāpa-yonayaḥ striyo vaiśyās tathā śūdrās te ’pi yānti parāṁ gatim”, i.e., “O son of Pṛthā, those who take shelter in Me, though they be of lower birth or sinful origin, viz., women, merchants and menial workers – can attain the supreme destination.”: 9.32, ) from a devotee of Radhanath Swami⤡.

Therefore, we are earnestly praying to you to advice Mr. Mukesh Ambani to look into this issue that affects more than one lakh FD and NCD holders of the DHFL. We know that with the blessings of Śrī Madhusūdana, the akṣaya pātra (inexhaustible vessel) of Draupadī and the pot of curd (dadhi bhāṇḍa) will never be rendered empty. In the same manner, we would kindly request you to help us by conveying this distress call (arising out of tṛṣṇā for prātibhāsika money-signifer) from the DHFL victims to Mr. Mukesh Ambani, who, as we know well, is also blessed by your divine grace, hence can never disobey your advice.

If Mr. Ambani and his kin Mr. Piramal disobey your divinely ordained command, they will inevitably face the same consequences (due to their adṛṣṭa as a result of their sañciyamāna karma) as are currently being faced by Mr. Gautam Adani, following the publication of the Hindenburg Report⤡.  

Please consider this as a humble prayer to you as an SOS from the ailing, helpless, penniless, hopeless DHFL FD and NCD holders, who are in dire need of your wise, enlightened and spiritual guidance.

To console ourselves, we are now listening to the Śiva Tānḍava Stotram⤡, sung so magnificently by you, as if we are at the verge of the great dissolution or pralaya.
