Mr. Piramal, as an influential person as a secondary kin of Mr. Mukesh Ambani, a crony business tycoon, has also an obsession of taking stay orders on anything that goes against him. For Example, Piramal Enterprises, when it committed a grievous sin against the mother nature by polluting one of the pañca mahābhūta, viz., water, Mr. Piramal had got the stay order but later on he was condemned by the National Green Tribunal (NGT) for getting “blanket stay order”.
“Refusing to issue a blanket stay on environmental compensation (EC) to be paid by Piramal Industries, the National Green Tribunal (NGT), however, gave a partial stay order on Rs 8.3 crore compensation to be paid in connection with pollution of groundwater in Sangareddy and Zaheerabad.
The NGT initiated proceedings on the receipt of a letter from civic activist K Lakshma Reddy and registered a suo motu case in 2018. Reddy alleged that untreated effluents were being discharged by Frigerio Conserva Allana Ltd, Zaheerabad, Piramal Enterprises at Digwal in Kohir mandal and Sri Siddi Vinayaka Oil Mills in Zaheerabad, thereby adversely effecting the water quality and availability of groundwater and drinking water to residents of the surrounding areas.”

Moreover, Mr. Piramal is an Eco-terrorist, like a sadist, who takes nature (including human being) as a free gift, annihilates the biodiversity as well as financial eco-system without any hesitation.
This type of violent action goes against the mottoes of his mission Piramal Sarvajal ⤡ and his CSR project (so-called philanthropy for saving taxes) of Piramal Foundation⤡.

You may observe the commonalities between the a) deal with Piyush Goyal, b) Insider trading, c) the Digwal pollution issue and the d) DHFL scam:
Piramal is a habitual court-visitor in getting stay orders and filing defamation cases. These might be postulated as his personality traits. It is clearly a case of a certain of Obssessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). For this reason, the peculiar persecutory paranoia of this politically favoured corporate giant (?) can be seen in his deliberate attempts to hide himself across the social media platforms by locking his profiles/handles. In all these occasions, Piramal, as a secondary kin of Mr. Mukesh Ambani (a close associate of our photo-fetishist, megalomaniac, schizophrenic “king”) has received extensive political aid from the current ruling party, pointing to a state of crony and monopoly capitalism in India. This type of schizophrenic personality, to wash his/her sins, takes his/her recourse to religious mysticism. In the case of Mr. Ajay Piramal, it is the superrich “vaisnava” Guru Radhanath Swami, an alleged person with legal conflict ⤡; in the case of Piramal’s relative, Mr. Mukesh Ambani, it is Ramesh Bhai Oza ⤡.
It is also observed that a peculiar anachronism in the action of Piramal: he took adverse possession of the DHFL depending on the second verdict of the NCLT (07/06/2021)by ignoring the NCLAT’s second order (27/01/22). He did not answer the pertinent questions of both the NCLT and NCLAT. He simply did it by getting Blanket Stay Order from the SC.
