Immediately Resolve the DHFL Scam Victims’ Demands! A Letter to Mr. Piyush Goyal, the friend of Mr. Ajay Piramal

Sub: Immediately Resolve the DHFL Scam Victims’ Demands

Dear Mr. Goyal,

First of all, we must congratulate you for being an elected cabinet minister of the newly-formed yet fragile NDA government as the Minister of Commerce and Industry. The election process (along with the extremely suspicious role of the Election Commission of India), as far as we know, is disputed enough till today. We wish to reiterate a special scam related to you and Mr. Ajay Piramal, i.e., the Flashnet Scam. It is also to be noted that the Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL) is a return gift to Mr. Piramal for his “services” to your party, the BJP, especially through his significant contributions (85 crores) by means of the electoral bonds.

The illegalities of the whole DHFL resolution process is also lying naked before the public eye as there are many material irregularities and legal gaps in the said process, as revealed by the NCLAT’s judgment on 27th January, 2022. The whole issue of the DHFL scam is a historical instance of manipulation and maneuvering of legal procedures by an auto-theocratic political party, i.e., the BJP. The self-proclaimed “King” of the party, i.e., Mr. Narendra Modi, with an incessant narcissistic God-complex, has been stripped naked (who otherwise used to wear four clothes a day by wasting public money) by the people’s mandate.

We, on behalf of all the FD and NCD Holders of the DHFL, thus wish to resolve this bigger scam, the biggest scam being the Adani Group scam as revealed by the Hindenburg Report, and the most biggest being the recent Stock Market Scam perpetrated by the temporary third-term PM and the HM.

It is paradoxical enough that Mr. Piramal’s Company, i.e., the PCHFL, is presently claiming itself to be the absolute, unchallenged owner of the DHFL on all their platforms. However, at the same time, the pending legal cases still under adjudication make the DHFL scam an ongoing crisis-point as well. We are seemingly stuck in the horns of this dilemma. This kind of perplexing situation is only rendered possible under the auto-theocratic regime of the BJP! 

This type of crony relationship dismantles the lives of lakhs of people, the DHFL FD and NCD Holders. Are you working for a special lobby, which is nothing more than a manifest of crony, savage, cannibal capitalism, which does not even think about the common distressed, aggravated, helpless victims of such politically orchestrated financial scandals? We need your (as well as your NDA front’s) quickest response to this issue of DHFL scam in the context of speed capitalism. You and your party must respond accountably to us, the voices of democracy and dissent.
