Why can’t we ask Piramals “WHAT ACTIONS YOU ARE TAKING TO PUNISH YOUR DEFAULTERS WHO FAIL TO REPAY YOUR LOANS & WHY CAN’T WE TAKE SAME ACTIONS AGAINST YOU WHO FAILED TO RETURN BACK OUR MONEY.
As per my opinion, Piramals are legally bound to repay all creditors just like they are recovering receivables from debtors WHILE taking over DHFL.
