We are in the same boat: DHFL Victims (a letter to the UPPCL)

We are wholeheartedly supporting the UPPCL’s (DHFL FD-Holders) strike despite the collateral damage that hampers the national interest. The UPPCL’s employees are still waiting for their PF contribution that is stuck in the manufactured DHFL scam⤡. Though promised by the CM regarding the returning full PF amount to the employees, Mr. Yogi has cut a sorry figure to keep his promise.

Dear Sri M. Devaraj,

We have a simple question to you regarding PF scam: Nearly 2 years on, PCL yet to get back money from DHFL VIEW HERE ⤡ (As reported on 23^rd July, 2021 ©The Hindustan Times)

Despite getting assurances from the CM, Sri Yogi Adityanath (alias Ajay Mohan Bisht) for getting back your hard-earned PF-money at the expense of taxpayers, why do you participate in a case against allegedly discriminatory decision of the #RBI_appointed_COC_for_DHFL? If ED attaches ₹578 crore assets in UPPCL-DHFL scam case VIEW HERE ⤡ (As reported on 28th September, 2021 ©The Hindu), why are you filing legal case? Is the said amount not enough for the victims of the DHFL Scam? Why should Mr. Ajay Piramal enjoy the whole property of the DHFL by depriving the small investors, as decided by the #RBI_appointed_COC_for_DHFL?

Whatever it may be, kindly consider us as helpless, financially abused victims of the DHFL Scam along with your corporation. The majority of the DHFL victims are not able to afford the cost of the legal cases, as many of us are not in a very good pecuniary condition. We have heard from unreliable sources (maybe rumours!) that you are planning for a ‘blackout’ across the state as part of your non-violent civil disobedience movement in the context of the DHFL Scam.

We would like to request you to kindly consider this letter as an SOS. Many senior citizens would die as a result of such unjust, crafted financial abuse due to:
