Following the rules of soccer or total football (ATTACK ALL-OUT BY MAINTAINING अहिंसा ⤡), as introduced by the Dutch football team(though they take it from the Latin American Football strategy), we have also non-violently strived to destroy the image of our opponent(s) by sending the following SARCASTIC LETTERS to the President of India et al., in the guise of religious extremists. We think that there is a one-to-one correspondence or correlation in-between the ruling party’s disproportionately increasing assets in the last seven years and the abrupt bankruptcies (reports of the Association for Democratic Reforms⤡ on this issue are mentioned in some of our above letters). Please do not mess up our objective with blame game. We want our hard earned money . This is our appeal. Irrespective of political differences. We respect the govt and we hope, things shall resolve at the earliest. We fully aware and have faith in the government, we expect our hard earned money may please be released , this is our appeal.

Dear Mr. Ramakrishna Bongarala, Commonsense (along with empirical evidences) tells us that this case is nothing but to deliberate attempt to hand an ongoing & profitable company over a father of a damaad of a favorite business tycoon (as expected in crony & monopoly capitalism) of the mega-rich (without any material production) religious extremist party. After viewing the NCLT, NCLAT orders, and after that, the 360 degree turn of NCLT seems not only ridiculous but illegitimate as well. Handing the the DHFL over a father of a damaad is totally politically predetermined and manipulated by the present crony-government. There is no question of having either “faith” or “respect” in the current government’s (empirically proven) dastardly anti-people outrages. I am too an NCD holder kindly help us in getting our hard earned money back as at the time of investment we were told that these are AAA rated investment and are secured to but now we are unable to find as to against what security our hard earned money has been told to be secured

Too tired of hearing of the verdict of high court supreme court rbi nclt etc. My point is very clear why should we run pilar to pilar for justice. It is RBI who should protect us. RBI is suppose to be the regulator. They are supposed to stop the attempt of any fraud. If they fail they will compensate. Even then if RBI thinks they will approach the court to see that they are not cheated. Why we think wadhans and piramal cheated us? They have cheated RBI NCLT AAA RATERES etc. We creditors are not employed to resist fraud. We have invested the money in good faith. We should be effected if unwilling loss of business takes place. Why we will take the pain of fraud. It is RBI ETC WHO ARE Responsible TO TACKLE ANY FRAUD BY THEM OR MOVE TO COURT. SO I REQUEST ALL THE DHFL FD AND DEBENTURE HOLDERS TO FORCE RBI NCLT SHARUK KHAN ETC TO GO TO COURT AND THIS TIME THE COMPENSATION SHOULD INCLUDE FULL REFUND WITH INTEREST PLUS ADDITION AMOUNT FOR THE LOSS AND MENTAL AGONY OF ALL THE CREDITORS.
