প্রয়াত অসীম বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের স্মৃতির উদ্দেশে নিবেদিত

বিষয়ঃ বিজেপিকে বলছি, “আপনি আচরি ধর্ম পরেরে শিখাও”
শ্রদ্ধেয়া দিদি,
আপিসি সম্বোধন না করে আত্মীয়বাচক সম্বোধন করার জন্য নিশ্চয়ই আপনি রাগ করবেন না, কেননা, আমরা সবাই আত্মীয়-সমাজের সদস্য। আপনি তো বারংবার বলেন “আমি তোমাদেরই লোক”।
প্রথমেই শ্রদ্ধা জানাই এবং নীরবতা পালন করি প্রয়াত অসীম বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের স্মৃতির উদ্দেশ্যে—
আপনার সহজিয়া যাপনের সঙ্গে বিস্তর ফারাক আরেক “বিরাট আকার”-এর (?!)। সে বিষয়েই একটি পাঁচ-মিনিটের তথ্যচিত্র ঠাট্টার মেজাজে আপনার কাছে নিবেদন করছি। সন্ত কবীরদাসের দোঁহা (গীতশ্রী সন্ধ্যা মুখোপাধ্যায়ের গাওয়া)-র সঙ্গে তাল মিলিয়ে theme এবং variation-এর তফাৎ তৈরি করা হয়েছে।
দ্বিতীয়ত, অভিনন্দন জানাই এককভাবে বাংলায় অশুভ শক্তির অনুপ্রবেশকে রুখে দেওয়ার জন্য। এ আমাদের “হরিষে বিষাদ”। একদিকে দুই সুপার-স্প্রেডার ডেইলি প্যাসেঞ্জারের জন্য বাংলায় মৃত্যু আর অসুস্থতার মিছিল আর অন্যদিকে ফ্যাসিবাদী মৌলবাদী শক্তির পরাভব। এ বড়ো আনন্দের সময়, এ বড়ো শোকের সময়।
এই মূহুর্তে নারদা-সারদা কান্ড নিয়ে যে ঘটনা কেন্দ্রীয় শাসকদল উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিতভাবে ঘটাচ্ছে, তারই পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে আপনার কাছে কিছু তথ্য নিবেদন করতে চাই। এ যেন “চালুনি বলে ছুঁচকে”। তথ্যগুলো একের পর এক হাইপারলিঙ্ক সহ আপনার কাছে পেশ করছি। একটি পিপিটি ফাইলে এর সারাংশ জমা করা আছেঃ

এই ধরণের বন্দোবস্তকে পরিভাষায় বলা হয়ঃ Crony And Monopoly Capitalism ⤡. এর অবশ্যম্ভাবী ফল শুধু আমাদেরই ভুগতে হবে না, পরবর্তী নবীন প্রজন্মকেও এর খেসারত দিতে হবে। এই জন্যই ২০১৯ সালে বিশিষ্ট সমাজ-মনোবিজ্ঞানী আশিস নন্দী বলেছিলেনঃ One generation will have to bear the cost of what Modi has done: Ashis Nandy analyses the election verdict⤡।
৩।। সবচেয়ে আশ্চর্য ব্যাপার, এনারা যে বিল এবং আইনগুলো আনছেন, সে সিএএ-ই হোক, ডিপিবি (Data Protection/Privacy Bill)-ই হোক, অথবা আইবিসিই হোক, সেগুলো বদ-উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিত। এবং, একটা উদাহরণ দিইঃ আইবিসি (২০১৬)-র সঙ্গে না মেলে কোম্পানি অ্যাক্ট, এনএইচবি অ্যাক্ট অথবা আরবিআই অ্যাক্ট। মোদ্দা কথা, এগুলো অসঙ্গতিপূর্ণ। এঁরা একএকজনের ক্ষেত্রে একএকরকম আচরণ করছে। The IL&FS, Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL), Punjab and Maharashtra Cooperative Bank (PMC), Yes Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank (LVB)-এর মধ্যে একমাত্র DHFL-কেই নিয়ে আসা হয়েছে ২০১৬ সালের আইবিসি অ্যাক্টের ভিতরে। অথচ, অন্য ধণপতিরা যেমন ছাড় পেয়ে গেলেন, তেমনি আশ্চর্যজনকভাবে ৫০ জন সেচ্ছাকৃত ঋণখেলাপির ৬৮ হাজার কোটি টাকা এই প্যান্ডেমিকের দুঃসময়ে মুকুব করে দিলো রাষ্ট্রায়াত্ত ব্যাঙ্কগুলো।
এর ফলাফল আপনি বুঝতেই পারছেনঃ ব্যাপক ব্যাঙ্করাপ্সি। সাধারণ মানুষ তাঁদের বিদুরের খুদ রাখবেন কোথায়?

এতো সংবিধান প্রস্তাবনায় উল্লেখিত “সমাজতন্ত্র”-এর ব্যাপক বিরোধিতা– শ্রদ্ধেয়া ইন্দিরা গান্ধীর ব্যাঙ্কের জাতীয়করণের বিরোধিতা। অর্থাৎ, এরা যেন শুধু সাংবিধানিক ধর্মনিরপেক্ষতার বিরুদ্ধে নয়, সমাজতান্ত্রিক আদর্শেরও বিরুদ্ধে–অর্থাৎ একই সঙ্গে এনারা বাজারী এবং ধর্মীয় মৌলবাদী। যাঁরা (৩৭%, ৬০ কোটি নির্বাচকদের মধ্যে ২২ কোটি মানুষ) বিজেপি (এখন আর ‘এন ডি এ’ বলছি না) সরকারকে নির্বাচন করেছেন, তাঁরা কি তবে সরকার নির্বাচন করলেন বেসরকারীকরণের জন্য?
৪।। এই সন্ত্রাসী পার্টিটির আরেকটি অবদান Electoral Bonds’ Scam. এঁরা মুখে হিন্দুধর্মের সম্প্রচার করে বলে দাবী করে, অথচ ঈশোপোনিষদের এই কথাটুকুও জানেনা যে সত্যকে লুকিয়ে রাখতে নেই—তাকে উন্মোচিত করতে হয়ঃ

এসব দিয়ে আমাদের মতো হতদরিদ্র দেশের কি হবে বলুন তো?

৭।। এক নম্বর পয়েন্টের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে আপনাকে জানাই, এই Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL)-কে IBC-র অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে এক অদ্ভুত খেলা খেলছে বিজেপি এবং আর-এস-এস। তাদের অতি প্রিয় পাত্র মুকেশ আম্বানির জামাইয়ের বাবা অজয় পিরামলের হাতে জলের দরে বিকিয়ে দিচ্ছে এই কোম্পানিকে। যদিও এর বিরুদ্ধে অসাধারণ রায় দিয়েছেন NCLT-র বিচারকেরা (১৯শে মে, ২০২১; নিচে পিডিএফ জুড়ে দিচ্ছি)। সেই রায়কে রাতারাতি NCLAT-তে (অসম্ভব ব্যাপার) নিয়ে গেলেন আরবিআই নিয়োজিত প্রশাসক আর সুব্রমনিয়কুমার। এখানে আমরা নোংরা অন্তর্ঘাতের দুর্গন্ধ পাচ্ছি।

এই ধরণের দুর্নীতির ফলে যাঁরা ভুগছেন, তাদের মধ্যে যেমন রামকৃষ্ণ মিশনও আছেন, তেমনি আছেন একাধিক খ্রীষ্টিয় মিশনারী প্রতিষ্ঠান, ভারতীয় বায়ু সেনা, উত্তর প্রদেশের পাওয়ার কর্পোরেশন লিমিটেড (UPPCL) প্রমুখ। এদের মধ্যে অনেকেই দুস্থ ও শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী মানুষের সেবা করে থাকেন, যেমন Sasakawa-India Leprosy Foundation, যাঁরা ইতোমধ্যেই দিল্লি হাইকোর্টে এই বিষয়ে পি আই এল দায়ের করেছেন।
৮।। এঁরা আর এস এস-এর অযোগ্য স্বয়ংসেবকদের উঁচু পদে বসিয়ে যা-ইচ্ছে-তাই করছেন। একটা নমুনা দিইঃ আর বি আই- এর গভর্নর শক্তিকান্ত দাস।এনার সম্পর্কে বিজিপি দলেরই সদস্য সুব্রমনিয়াম স্বামী একাধিক অভিযোগ করেছেন। এমনকী নোবেল-বিজয়ী অভিজিৎ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ও ছেড়ে কথা কননি।
এই বিষয়ে আমরা রাষ্ট্রপতিকে যাবতীয় তথ্যসমেত চিঠি দিয়েছি।
৯।। সভ্যতার সংকটের মুখে দাঁড়িয়ে রবি ঠাকুর বলেছিলেনঃ “মানুষের ওপর বিশ্বাস হারানো পাপ”। কিন্তু গণতন্ত্রের চারটি প্রধাণ স্তম্ভের ওপরেই বিশ্বাস হারাচ্ছি এই স্বৈরাচারী কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের দাপটে। এখানে একটি স্তম্ভের কথা বলিঃ বিচারব্যবস্থা। শুনে নেওয়া যাক কে কি বলছেনঃ

“The road map is to have the right man for the job. You don’t appoint judges as you appoint officers in the government. To be a judge is a full time commitment. It is a passion. There are no working hours,” he said, stressing that the training of judges should be robust.

এত্তো স্বভূমির কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে নিন্দেমন্দ, অপচ্ছেদ্দা শুনতে কারই বা ভালো লাগে! এই বর্বর দলটিকে বোঝানো মুশকিল যে সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে কথা বলা মানে দেশদ্রোহিতা নয়।
এই সবকটি বিষয় নিয়ে এবং Right to Recall লাগু করার দাবিতেআমি কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে আপনার অনুমতির সাপেক্ষে গান্ধী মূর্তির পাদদেশে আমরণ অনশনে বসতে চাই। DHFL-এর ব্যাপার নিয়ে এখনো অব্দি যেসব মানুষের চিঠি পেয়েছি এবং মৌখিক আর্তনাদ শুনতে পেয়েছি, তাতে আমার মনে হয়, পরবর্তী প্রজন্মের মুখের দিকে তাকিয়ে রিজার্ভ ব্যাঙ্কের সামনে উলঙ্গ অবস্থায় দাঁড়িয়ে আমার নিজের গায়ে আগুন জ্বালিয়ে দেওয়া উচিত। অনুপ্রেরণা অবশ্যই বাংলার অগ্নিকন্যা। সারা ভারতবর্ষ থেকে এই DHFL প্রমুখ ব্যাঙ্কের বলিরা আপনার মুখের দিকে চেয়ে আছেন। তাঁদের অনুরোধেই শুধু নয়, আমরা স্বতঃপ্রণোদিত হয়ে আপনাকে এই চিঠি লিখছি যখন আমাদের শরীর ভেঙে পড়ছে মানুষের তৈরী করা জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন [man-made/anthropogenic glocal (global+local) heating অথবা সাদামাটা ভাষায় climate change], কোভিডের মারণাস্ত্র, সবুজ বিপ্লবের বিষ-খাদ্যগ্রহণের দরুণ। এখানে গোদের উপর বিষফোড়া হলো সম্পূর্ণ অর্থব্যবস্থার নিদারুণ প্রধ্বংস। এই ভাঙা শরীর নিয়ে, আপনার ওপর নানান শারীরিক অত্যাচারের কথা মনে রেখে, আমাদের এই নিবেদন আপনার কাছে রাখলুম। আশা করি আপনি এবং আপনার দল আমাদের সহযোগিতা করবেন।

Sir,
Due to continuous increase in cost of living, medical expenses, excessive increased health insurance, premiums & decreasing income caused due to regularly falling down interest rates and faulty policies (detrimental to common lower middle class people) of ruling government, it has become quite impossible for me to manage unavoidable house hold essential expenses and face financial stringency.
I am therefore, finally compelled to shift to an old age home situated in Gujarat. The discussions are going on & planning to visit selected old age home during 2nd week of August 21 for finalization.

Each & every funded party has their own loopholes. They are engaged in reciprocal blame games. The TMC, a ponzi-funded party, would do nothing for the #DHFL_Victims. It is a futile effort to approach a party for the justice.
