Sub: False allegations on the collusion among the BJP, Dawood-Mirchi and the DHFL

We, the highly Islamophobic Hindus, who are striving for “Homogenized, standardized and Pasteurized” (as it is found in packaged holy cow-milk) Hindu Dharma, are surprised and shocked to find out that our beloved Sangh Parivar is associated with the Islamic terrorist dons, viz., Dawood Ibrahim and his close associate Iqbal Mirchi, who are again related to Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (which is now under IBC) and its associate RKW Developers Private Limited (Dheeraj Realty). We are citing following reports:

“The Bhartiya Janta Party took a large donation from a company that is now being probed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for facilitating “terror funding,” (it is not crowd funding) financial declarations by the BJP itself reveal.
RKW Developers Ltd, a company at the heart of a probe by the ED for carrying out transactions with and buying properties from the late Iqbal Memon alias Iqbal Mirchi – an accused in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts and a close aide of mafia boss Dawood Ibrahim – gave money to the ruling party, according to the BJP’s filings with the Election Commission.
In 2014-15, RKW, which is associated with the beleaguered Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL), gave Rs 10 crore to the party. This was also pointed out by CobraPost in January 2019⤡.
While the BJP regularly receives larger sums from the various electoral trusts, which pool in donations from various corporate houses, no individual company donating on its own has given the party more than what RKW gave it.”

Companies associated with Iqbal Mirchi have donated crore of rupees to BJP. PM Modi and Amit Shah must answer on these treasonous acts.”

We are not ready to believe all these reports. The Sangh Parivar cannot touch money contaminated by the phoren Islamic blood. Their crooked genes are different from the sacred genes of us, the Hindus. They should be put into Gulag or in gas chambers of concentration camps through NPR-NRC-CAA and should be annihilated along with atheist anti-national urban Naxals so that our Guruji M.S. Golwalkar’s dream will be fulfilled.
Therefore, we are earnestly requesting you to
(a) file a Defamation case against all these media houses;
(b) ban all these above newspapers, who had reported such false allegations against the BJP.
For clarifying the legal implications of such unsolicited collusion/nexus among BJP, Dawood-Mirchi, RKW developers and the DHFL, we went to a legal advisor. He cited many sections from the IPC, viz. Sections 121⤡ (abetting waging of war, against the Government of India), 126 ⤡ (Committing depredation on territories of Power at peace with the Government of India), 130⤡ (aiding escape of, rescuing or harbouring such prisoner: or attempts to rescue any such prisoner, or harbours or conceals any such prisoner who has escaped from lawful custody, or offers or attempts to offer any resistance to the recapture of such prisoner shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.) the Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002 (15 of 2002) ⤡ and Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act⤡. If all these above are believed to be true, the laws go against our party, but not against the Government of India. Strange! Our party means our government—they are equal!
However, our legal advisor has emphasized the facts of Electoral Bonds(2017) ⤡, ⤡ ⤡ (though opposed by the transparency activists, i.e., Anti-Hindu, Anti-nationalist Urban Naxals) that would safeguard our beloved party from such false allegations. She, our advocate, said that an Amendment to the Finance Act 2017⤡, the central government has exempted political parties from disclosing donations received through electoral bonds:

Our party is the biggest beneficiary (without any material production) for such introduction of bonds. In the years 2017-19, political parties received a total of Rs 2,760.20 crore from electoral bonds, of which Rs 1,660.89 cr or 60.17% was received by our party. Here it was reported that “Finance Ministry violated an anti-money laundering rule ⤡ by allowing expired electoral bonds worth Rs. 10 crore to be donated to an unidentified political party, or parties, soon after the May 2018 Karnataka state elections resulted in a hung assembly.”

Obviously so, as political parties could not be considered public authorities under the RTI, though all the political parties are for the people, by the people, of the people, especially our party is solely devoted to the welfare of the public and their interests. Why should we comply with the RTI?

Lastly, we must inform you that some of the politically motivated DHFL FD-BOND-MF holders are spreading all these false news or otherwise rumors regarding unsolicited collusion/nexus among BJP, Dawood-Mirchi, RKW developers and the DHFL to politically malign our party. Some of them with their political motives are blaming our party for their extreme misery due to the DHFL Scam⤡.
For stopping such nonsense rumours, we have two (disjunctive) options:
Either
1. Extinguish their rights to get their money back as it has already been done by the RBI-appointed COC⤡. RBI approved the COC resolution⤡.
Or
2. it is known fact to us that we have more than enough money and assets:
