Requesting for achieving पुरुषार्थ for the deprived DHFL FD Holders by releasing the अर्थ: a letter to the Hon’ble President of India

Sub: Requesting for achieving पुरुषार्थ for the deprived Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL) FD Holders by releasing the अर्थ

Respected Ācarya,

We, the DHFL FD-holders, wish to humbly put you, the revered Ācarya, two questions in connection with our two earlier letters addressed to you. For your convenience, we are attaching the hyperlinks of these two letters, where we have mentioned certain clashes between sanātana dharma and the governmental praxis:

A.    SUBSEQUENT CLASH BETWEEN (A) SANĀTANA DHARMA AND GOVERNMENTAL PRAXIS; (B) IBC AND NHB ACT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DHFL FD-HOLDERS’ MISERY IN REFERENCE TO THE ARTHASASTRA VIEW HERE ⤡

B.     FOLLOWING THE SANĀTANA DHARMA: GREEDY ACCUMULATION OR RENUNCIATION? QUESTIONS FROM AILING DHFL FD HOLDERS TO THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA VIEW HERE ⤡

With reference to these letters, we have two questions:

1.     If our pecuniary conditions are deteriorating due to the failure of governmental agencies (RBI, SEBI, Rating agencies, NHB, CBI, ED, Demonetization move etc.), how may we achieve पुरुषार्थ /puruṣārtha? One of the four aims (caturvarga , चतुर्वर्ग: धर्म, dharma [ethos], अर्थ artha [prosperity, economic wealthiness], काम, kāma [desire] and मोक्षः, Mokṣa [Salvation]) of life is  अर्थ, which is stuck due to lengthy bureaucratic and legal processes of newly introduced IBC (2016), the amendment of which is still under scrutiny.  IBC (Amendment Act, 2020) has been challenged in the apex court. It has prompted SC to invoke Art. 142⤡

Respected Acarya, kindly help us to achieve पुरुषार्थ by releasing one of our चतुर्वर्ग:, i.e., अर्थ following the sanātana dharma. Please wipe off the hindrances for achieving पुरुषार्थ as Indian PSU “Banks Technically Write Off Over Rs 68,000 Cr Loans, Choksi  Among 50 Top Wilful Defaulters: RTI”  VIEW HERE⤡(As reported on April 28, 2020) ©News 18  

2.     In the भगवद् गीता  Bhagavad Gitā, Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa aptly said,

मां हि पार्थ व्यपाश्रित्य येऽपि स्यु: पापयोनय: |

स्त्रियो वैश्यास्तथा शूद्रास्तेऽपि यान्ति परां गतिम् ||9:32||

O son of Pārtha, those who take shelter in Me, though they be of sinful lower birth —

women, vaisyas [merchants], as well as sudras [workers]-can approach the supreme destination.

Thus, one of the पापयोनय: is वैश्य (merchants). It is observed that there is collusion between mercantile enterprise and political parties (as mentioned with empirical evidences in our letter B. Please see above). Do they take their spiritual recourse to the Lord Kṛṣṇa? Why are they indulged by the political parties by sacrificing the lives of common people? Why is this merchants (with sinful birth)-political parties nexus making hindrances to our path for achieving पुरुषार्थ?

As per our poor understanding, we think that all these maladies go against the sanātana dharma. Kindly protect our sanātana dharma as our saviour.
